All orders are processed within 2 business days after confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide within Uganda. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery timelines may vary.

Shipping Costs

Free delivery is offered on all orders valued at UGX 300,000 and above. Orders below UGX 300,000 do not qualify for free shipping and may attract delivery charges depending on location and item size. Final delivery details are confirmed before dispatch

Large & Specialized Equipment

Items such as solar systems, water pumps, irrigation kits, batteries, and generators may require special handling. Delivery timelines and costs for such items will be agreed upon with the customer prior to shipment.
