To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Certain products such as batteries, solar panels, electrical accessories, and customized installations are non-returnable once installed or used.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days using your original method of payment.

Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
